Control electronics
Essentially, the control electronics converts the analog set-point signal at the input into a corresponding pulse width modulated output signal, which is used to control the valve.
In addition, the control electronics contains the following functions:
- a current control facility to compensate for coil heating
- a facility to adjust the minimum and maximum coil current to the pressure conditions in the specific application
- a zero switch-off function to close the valve
- a ramp function.
