Control electronics

Essentially, the control electronics converts the analog set-point signal at the input into a corresponding pulse width modulated output signal, which is used to control the valve.

In addition, the control electronics contains the following functions:

a current control facility to compensate for coil heating
a facility to adjust the minimum and maximum coil current to the pressure conditions in the specific application
a zero switch-off function to close the valve
a ramp function.
