After merger control approval, the Bürkert Group will participate in the Fäth Group, consisting of the new FäthGroup GmbH, which consolidates all national and international subsidiaries, and HighQFactory GmbH. The previous sole owners, Michael and Florian Fäth, will continue to hold shares in the Fäth-Group and manage all daily affairs as directors.
The Fäth-Group develops, manufactures and installs customer-specific gas and chemical delivery systems for international customers in the semiconductor, photovoltaic and LED industries. The range of services is supplemented by the manufacturing of innovative slurry recycling plants. In addition to their headquarters in Eschau-Hobbach the Fäth-Group has production sites and offices in Klipphausen, Malaysia, Singapore and Moscow and employs about 400 people worldwide.

The core businesses of each group will remain independent and unaffected. Beyond that, for the future specific cooperation projects are intended, fueled by the complementary competences in fluid controls and process systems aiming at offering complete system solutions to the customer.
