Our key topics
Visit us and find out how we bring together the digital and physical worlds - for you and, above all, together with you. You can look forward to a range of exciting topics and impulses under the motto ‘integrating physical and digital solutions’.
Process automation and EDGE computing
We use a bioreactor to illustrate some of our digital solutions paired with our automation and fluidics expertise. A highlight: EDGE computing. We use this to offer a future-proof platform for remote control and seamless monitoring of your processes. Functions such as precise data recording, comprehensive visualisation and remote monitoring ensure complete system control and management. Work with us to find out how you can optimise your processes through data-based analysis and prepare them for future requirements.
Control cabinets for potentially explosive atmospheres
We offer modular and customisable control cabinets for demanding applications in potentially explosive atmospheres. The central component is the unique ATEX Zone 1 valve island 8650, which offers a high degree of modularity and automation options. Our solution is tailored to the specific requirements of these sensitive environments. Work with us to find out how we can make your processes not only more secure, but also more efficient. You can also find out what benefits you can expect from the partnership between Bürkert and Siemens.
Model-based design
Our protective gas blanketing system enables you to keep the gas pressure under control at all times and ensure precise and automatic pressure regulation in the tanks. We will use this example application to show you model-based design: precise and accurate models of dynamic fluid control systems and processes enable the real-time behaviour of a system to be simulated or replicated. This makes it possible to virtually determine the feasibility and system design of a project as early as the planning phase, without the need for elaborate test setups or physical feasibility tests. The parameterisation of the control loop is also implemented with a high degree of accuracy, which leads to efficient and precise planning and commissioning. Let’s talk about it at our exhibit!
Asset administration shell
Discover how our solutions with the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) already ensure data transparency and more efficient processes. We will hold a live demonstration to show how data packets can be optimally utilized with an asset administration shell to make your processes smarter. We would also like to learn about your challenges and ideas on how to future-proof your processes in the long term.
Digital twin
Find out how digital twins can fundamentally change future processes. Let us show you how this technology can make your production more transparent and efficient with a practical example. This is just the starting point! We can discuss how to target the potential of this digital concept as partners.
Process data monitoring
Precise documentation and analyses of process data are crucial in the laboratory environment. Our μLDC system offers a solution that makes all data from your dosing process digitally available in one device. This means you always have an overview of all relevant information, enabling you to optimize your processes based on reliable data. How can we optimise your data processing together?
Happy hour
We know our way around fluids, including the particularly tasty ones! Try it out and come to our cocktail happy hour (our professional bartender is awaiting you daily from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.). Perfect for reviewing the day and enjoying a drink together in a relaxed atmosphere. Or even two – the “dosage” is entirely up to you...
Are you interested? No matter which of these topics is of particular interest to you: our team of experts is ready to answer your individual questions and work with you to discuss the customised solutions that best suit your needs.
Clear the stage – together with ZETA on stage!
On 12 November from 2:55 p.m. to 3:15 p.m., we will be giving a presentation together with our partner ZETA on the SPS Technology Stage on the topic of “Maximising efficiency throughout the value chain using asset administration shells (AAS) and digital twins.”
A large number of companies work together for the development, construction, commissioning and operation of pharmaceutical plants. The exchange of technical information between the partners in the value network is associated with a great deal of effort and takes a lot of time. There is great potential here to increase efficiency and thus shorten the time to market and reduce costs.
We will work with Zeta in the presentation to highlight typical challenges in cross-company data exchange and show the potential for improvement using the asset administration shell.
Come along and look forward to an exciting and inspiring insight!
