State-of-the-art technology: Mass Flow Controller with integrated web server

The integrated web server, which can be accessed via standard internet browsers, allows for a simple commissioning and provides all relevant process and device information. Software tools and additional accessories are not required.

General requirements

Our Mass Flow Controllers / Meters (MFC/MFM) are widely used in a variety of applications and industries. However, certain requirements apply equally to all applications:

User-friendly commissioning
Access to device and process data during operation at any time and from any location
Fast, initial diagnosis of the field devices in the event of errors or failures

In order to meet these requirements, additionally to the access via the Bürkert Communicator software tool, we now offer a web server functionality for all MFC/MFM with integrated Industrial Ethernet Switch.

This enables access to device, process and diagnostic data via the IP address of the field device without any additional software tools and corresponding accessories.

The functionality has been integrated into the latest device software, but can also be added for existing devices by a software update.

Due to the integrated web server, IP addresses for devices can be assigned without any additional software tool, which simplifies commissioning. Furthermore, permanent access to your device and process data from anywhere couldn´t be easier, all that is required is a standard web browser. Status and diagnostic information from field device can be accessed, too. Process monitoring made simple - no matter where you are.
